If you have a primary residence that an NOD (notice of default) has already been issued and/or the property is already in foreclosure, unfortunately we will not be able to help. This exclusion is for primary residences only. For people with a primary residence that an NOD has been file and/or the property is in foreclosure, we suggest that you contact the US Department of Housing & Urban Development for help. For all others with a primary residence, you may be behind on payments, but must not have an NOD filed prior to executing our services.
